SHA’s Zoning & Land Use committee meets to consider Zoning Applications, Licenses, or City-Wide Studies.
ZLU meetings are open to the public. We encourage neighbors to attend and often invite informal comment and participation as time allows. When a public hearing is on the agenda, we encourage people to submit written comments to zlu@summithillassociation.org ahead of time, and / or let people speak for 2-3 mins during the hearing.
