with a Commemorative Plaque for your home
Summit Hill Association is renewing a neighborhood tradition. Honor your 100-year old (or more!) home by purchasing a Century Club plaque AND support the work of Summit Hill Association. A portion of the proceeds from plaque sales will directly support SHA's mission.
Plaques make a great gift to commemorate the treasured history of one's home.
You may order a commemorative plaque for your own home or gift one to a friend. We just need a few key pieces of information such as the address and year the home was built. Choose from two types of materials: composite resin or classic bronze. Both measure 5” x 8”.
If you would like to see samples of the plaques please contact director@summithillassociation.org to make arrangements to stop by the SHA office in the Linwood Community Center. Please note that SHA places monthly orders for plaques so delivery may take up to 30 days.
