Garage Sale Extravaganza Info & Registration

Dates of Sale: Friday, June 21st & Saturday, June 22nd | 9-3 p.m

Registration Deadline: June 7th

Join Summit Hill Association in its annual garage sale extravaganza. 

Start cleaning out your closets now and let SHA take some of the work out of your next yard sale. Participants in our garage sale will receive yard signs, price stickers, and location on our official weekend map (available online and in print).


Here’s how:

Register. 

This year you have three options to participate:

  1. Host your own sale - $25/household

  2. Host with 2 or more adjacent neighbors in a “block sale” - $20/household for two or more registered address

  3. Join as a business - $30/business

Plan ahead.

Clean out your closets and build your inventory. Decide who will supervise your sale and how you’ll take payments. (Don’t forget, cash is classic but consider offering Venmo/PayPal/ApplePay!)

One week out.

SHA will deliver yard signs to mark your sale, price stickers, and maps of all sale locations. SHA will also release garage sale location maps online.

Day of.

Get up early and have your sale ready for shoppers by 9am. Post your signs and welcome neighbors looking for treasures.

Registration - what you need to know

Entry fees

    • Single household - $25

    • Multiple, adjacent households - $20/household

    • Business locations - $30/location

You can participate one or both days but there is no registration discount for one day.

Entry fees cover SHA’s costs related to advertising, signage, and program support.
