Bi-Annual House Tour
September 2018

Since 1974, the Summit Hill House Tour has been a Twin Cities favorite and is SHA’s biggest fundraiser. Tour historical mansions as well as local condos every even numbered years. Volunteers are needed for planning and helping the day of the event.

Grand Old Day &
Grand Meander

2017 Grand Old Day estimated crowd of 250,000 for the one-day event, accounts for about 85% of GABA’s annual revenue. Grand Old Day 2018 is set for the first Sunday in June. June 3.

Annually the first Saturday in December, Grand Meander captures the charm of historic Grand Avenue and the cozy neighborhood spirit of the holidays!
