Listening Sessions for Local Historic District Property Owners

Summit Avenue West Historic District

Tuesday, December 4, 2018  5:30 – 6:30 PM

Summit Center for Arts and Innovation, 1524 Summit Avenue, Saint Paul

Historic Hill Historic District 

Tuesday, December 11, 2018 5:30 – 6:30 PM

Hallie Q. Brown Community Center, Clubroom C 270 Kent Street, Saint Paul

For any designated heritage site or structure located within a locally designated heritage district, approval from Saint Paul Heritage Preservation office is required for any exterior projects. Design review will focus on ensuring that sensitive improvements will maintain key historic features, the historic integrity of the property, and the character of the heritage district. Residents are welcome to attend either of the two listening session.

The Heritage Preservation Commission is currently seeking feedback on the policies, procedures and impact of heritage preservation in Saint Paul.
